Background & Experience
Tricia Taylor came to NAI Partners after 11 very successful years at Griffin Partners, where she held several roles in in their Corporate office, Property Accounting dept, Leasing, and Project Marketing before overseeing the complete operations of a 500,000 square foot portfolio in the Houston Galleria area. It was this journey that gave her a very unique understanding of the key functions necessary to deliver “best practice” oriented commercial property management services.
Prior to that Tricia worked at McCord Development but got her start with The Home Depot, where she worked for 18 years - working her way up to the role of Assistant to the President of the Southwest Division. During her time there, Tricia provided leadership and organization for an office staff consisting of 250 employees covering 21 districts over 7 states.
Extremely organized, Tricia’s passion is working closely with her clients in hopes of understanding the objectives completely and then design and execute human resource plans that help drive both her customers and client’s asset values and tenant experience. She loves surrounding herself with people that have a strong ethical compass and whose focus is to help and inspire others as she wants to continue to give back her experience and value to others.
