NAI Partners Taps Andrew Pappas, Senior Vice President, to lead Its Investment Management Division
Houston, Texas - April 20, 2016 - NAI Partners is pleased to announce Andrew Pappas has joined the firm as Senior Vice President to lead the Investment Management division. Andrew will be responsible for building a platform that allows our investors to capitalize on our extensive market knowledge in order to generate attractive, risk adjusted returns. Through the NAI Investment Management fund, Andrew is assembling a $200-250 million diversified portfolio of value-add office and industrial real estate throughout Texas.

Prior to joining NAI Partners, Andrew served as Vice President at Vista Private Equity Group in Houston, Texas. While at Vista, Andrew directly worked on a multitude of retail, office, medical office, build-to-suit, and ground-up development real estate transactions ranging from $15 – 70 million. Andrew also spent time in investment banking and public accounting in Houston and New York City, and is involved in a variety of entrepreneurial ventures.
Andrew is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science degree in Finance.
