Leta Wauson Joins NAI Partners as Director of Research for Houston, Austin and San Antonio
Houston, TX, April 5, 2017 – NAI Partners today announced that it has hired experienced Director of Research Leta Wauson to manage all research efforts for the Houston, Austin and San Antonio metropolitan areas.
Ms. Wauson will be responsible for data intelligence that conveys historical and future forecasts in quarterly reports, annual reviews and customized reports covering market trends, significant transactions, and local economic and demographic data. She will work closely with the brokers and professional sales staff to address their research needs and formulate appropriate solutions analyzing market data used to identify and support marketing opportunities for the company and its sales people.
Ms. Wauson most recently served as research manager at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (“NGKF”). Prior to joining NGKF, she served closed to 10 years at CBRE in their Research Center as a senior research analyst.
