NAI Partners selected to lease former University General Hospital building at 7501 Fannin
Houston, TX, August 10, 2017 – Cambridge Properties has selected NAI Partners as the exclusive leasing agent for the building that used to house the former University General Hospital building at 7501 Fannin in the Texas Medical Center.
Built in 2004, the 195,000-sq.-ft. Class A Medical Building formerly housed the University General Hospital—later the Foundation Surgical Hospital—which was a standalone surgical hospital that operated in that location until early 2017, and has space still built out for a full-service hospital. Cambridge Properties is replacing HVAC systems and making other upgrades to accommodate new hospital user groups and medical office tenants. There are second-generation medical spaces available, as well as two floors of space for brand new medical tenant buildouts. Building signage is available for the right user.
NAI Partners’ Landlord Services division’s Office Project Leasing team of Zach Leger and Jacob Aldridge will be heading up the marketing and leasing for the new assignment.
“We’re very excited to be working with Cambridge Properties on 7501 Fannin. Their commitment to making 7501 Fannin a viable option for physician tenants as well as the ongoing provision of healthcare there is exemplary, and we look forward to assisting in their growth and sustained success within the Texas Medical Center,” states James P. Tainter, Managing Director, Landlord Services Division.
