NAI Partners Selected to Market Katy Ranch Crossing’s Phase I Office Building
Houston, TX, July 18, 2016 – Freeway Properties, the developer for Katy Ranch Crossing, has selected NAI Partners’ Sam Hansen and Doug Pack as their exclusive leasing agents for its Katy Ranch Phase I office building.
Katy Ranch Phase I is a 150,000 sf, 6 story- Class A office building conveniently located at Grand Parkway and I-10 within Freeway Properties’ 130-acre mixed use Katy Ranch Crossing development. The office building was developed in 2015 and it is currently 20% leased. There are also plans to develop a Phase 2 on an adjacent parcel.
Freeway Properties has also successfully developed and leased 364,210 SF of retail as part of the Katy Ranch Crossing development and is currently under construction for an additional 102,707 SF. The retail component is currently 99% leased and provides unparalleled access to tenants with walking distance to retail and food amenities of all varieties.
