NAI Partners Represents Patterson-UTI Energy, Inc. in Their Headquarter Relocation Now Occupying 35,553 SF of Office Space
Houston, Texas - June 3, 2016 - NAI Partners represented Patterson-UTI Energy, Inc. in leasing 35,553 square feet of office space located at Remington Square II at 10713 W. Sam Houston Parkway North in Houston, Texas. This location will serve as their corporate headquarters.
Currently, Patterson-UTI Energy, Inc. is occupying approximately 29,172 square feet office space located in the Greenspoint area; however, the space is located on multiple floors and is not contiguous. The new space will provide Patterson’s employees a more modern efficient workplace in a state of the art building with more amenities. This is a new mixed-use development offering office and retail space in a park setting. The project was designed and built with LEED certification conservation standards. Patterson-UTI Energy, Inc. is the first tenant to occupy the largest office building in the development, known as Remington Square II.
Patterson-UTI Energy, Inc. subsidiaries provide onshore contract drilling and pressure pumping services to exploration and production companies in North America. Patterson-UTI Drilling Company LLC and its subsidiaries operate land-based drilling rigs in oil and natural gas producing regions of the continental United States and western Canada. Universal Pressure Pumping, Inc. and Universal Well Services, Inc. provide pressure pumping services primarily in Texas and the Appalachian region.
