NAI Partners’ Austin Office Adds Veteran Broker David Stojanik
Houston, TX, June 12, 2017 – NAI Partners, one of the largest independently-owned commercial real estate services firms in Texas, is pleased to welcome veteran real estate broker David Stojanik to its team in Austin as Senior Vice President.
Mr. Stojanik specializes in office leasing and has represented numerous institutional landlords—including Equity Commonwealth and Intercontinental Real Estate—and has also amassed a lengthy list of clients that he has worked with on the tenant side on multiple assignments. Mr. Stojanik has been recognized as a “Heavy Hitter” by the Austin Business Journal and a “Power Broker” by CoStar, and joins NAI Partners from The Kucera Companies, where he spent the past decade leasing some of that firm’s major office projects.
Mr. Stojanik’s hiring comes on the heels of continued expansion for NAI Partners’ Austin office location, which opened for business in 2016. The team has also welcomed industrial broker Troy Martin and office specialist Patrick Hill in recent months, and is still in rapid expansion mode.
“David is an exceptionally talented broker and we’re excited to be able to add a professional of his caliber to our growing team,” said David Dawkins, Managing Vice President and Austin office market leader. “Hiring David augments our office practice, and we remain geared toward growing our office and industrial offerings while developing additional lines of business to work in concert with our Houston operations.”
Mr. Stojanik has a BBA in Marketing from Southwest Texas State and is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association. He is married to Christiana and is a proud father to son Luke and daughters Madeleine, Lyla and Mary Cate. In his spare time, he enjoys being surrounded by his kids and playing golf.
Headquartered in Houston, NAI Partners has thoughtfully and strategically expanded its reach throughout Texas, having previously opened a San Antonio office in 2015.
