Doug Pack with NAI Partners teams with Logan Brown Investment Real Estate to Negotiate the Sale of the 6671 Southwest Freeway Office Building
Houston, Texas - March 04, 2016 - Quasar Galleria Ltd, the new owners of 5433 Westheimer Road, have selected NAI Partners as the exclusive leasing agent and property manager for their new office building acquisition.
5433 Westheimer office building, located in the heart of the Galleria area, is a newly renovated eleven-story, 133,000 square foot office tower that connects to the Aloft Houston Galleria Hotel and is fronted by one of its main tenants, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. Quasar Galleria Ltd, a partnership made up of local investors, purchased the building on March 1st.
