San Antonio, TX, December 6, 2017 – Having outgrown its initial home, commercial real estate services firm NAI Partners’ rapidly growing San Antonio office has moved on up to new-and-improved digs on the top floor of 1020 Northeast Loop 410, just north of Alamo Heights and about three miles east of its former location.

“As part of our overall strategic growth plan, we’ve taken our San Antonio office from a team of one to almost 10 in two short years, and that rapid expansion necessitated the team’s move to a larger, higher-end office space with a view from the top,” said Jon Silberman, Managing Partner of NAI Partners. “As we continue to grow our team of sales professionals, we remain laser-focused on adding the very best talent San Antonio has to offer.”

NAI Partners San Antonio is led by Clare Flesher, Managing Director, and is a full-service commercial real estate office, with sales professionals focused on an array of offerings including office tenant leasing; industrial tenant leasing; land sales; office, industrial and retail investment sales; landlord leasing; property management; and more. The company’s lease for the new office was negotiated by Mr. Flesher and Brad Duphorne of NAI Partners San Antonio, while landlord The Realty Associates Fund X, LP was represented by David Held of Endura Advisory Group.

With the San Antonio office in expansion mode, it is actively recruiting high-end talent, continuing to meet with candidates as it looks to fill investment sales and office leasing roles at the Associate level, among other job openings.

NAI Partners’ San Antonio office has completed a wide range of transactions across a variety of property types and submarkets throughout the city in 2017, including the purchase of a 32,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing facility at 1930 Hormel for Takumi Stamping; a 2,850-sq.-ft. retail lease for MacTLC at Valley View Shopping Center; an office sublease for Ulrich Consulting Group at McCombs Plaza; and the sale of the 41,616-sq.-ft. medical office at 8307 Gault Ln in North Central San Antonio; among others.
