NAI Partners Facilitates Lease Negotiations for the Consolidation & Relocation of Four Corporate Divisions of SK Innovations into 23,608 SF Office Space

Houston, Texas - September 15, 2015 - NAI Partners facilitated lease negotiations of the consolidation and relocation of four separate corporate divisions of SK Innovations into one contiguous 23,608 SF floor at Energy Tower I - located at 11700 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas.

After many years of operating in independent offices, SK Innovations, a South Korea based company, has consolidated the following companies: SK Lubricants Americas, Inc., SK Energy Americas, Inc., SK E&P Company and SK GC Americas, Inc. into one office. They are relocating from the Galleria West Loop submarket to the Energy Corridor.

Due to the current growth these divisions are experiencing, this consolidation was a strategic move to create an environment of collaboration and enhanced communication among the divisions to further accelerate sustainable growth.

Jason G. Whittington and Liz Westcott-Brown of NAI Partners represented each of the SK divisions in the lease negotiations and Austin Ware with NAI Partners Project Services Division coordinated the construction and relocation. Kevin D. Poynter of Poynter Commercial Properties represented the Landlord, FSP Energy Tower I. .
