Troy Martin joined NAI Partners in 2016 where he focuses on the firm’s industrial brokerage and investment sales in the Austin market. Prior to NAI he worked at Capella Commercial in Austin as an agent and analyst in investment sales. He has more than 10 years of entrepreneurial business experience running his own international telecommunications firm and four years in sales and business development with multinational telecommunications firms. Before that, Troy spent several years in South America working as a financial analyst where he learned Spanish and Portuguese.

Troy holds a Texas Real Estate Sales Agent license and B.B.A.s from the University of Texas in Finance and Marketing.  He is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin and the Commercial Brokers Association of Austin.
