Scope of Service Experience
Shaffer Braun joined NAI Partners’ Retail Services Division in 2016, where he specializes in project leasing and tenant representation. As a native Houstonian, Shaffer utilizes his learned skill set and market knowledge to lease a wide variety of properties, ranging from single pad sites to multi-anchored regional assets, and he holds a track record of successful representation in various types of transactions.
Background & Experience
Shaffer brings a diverse background to the Retail Services team. Prior to joining NAI Partners, he gained extensive experience in Tenant Representation with another commercial real estate firm in Houston. Additionally, he has over 5 years of experience in Construction Management, where he has worked with many Fortune 100 companies, government entities and local private companies.
Shaffer obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University.

Shaffer is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson. In the community, Shaffer is actively involved with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.

On July 5, 2017, Shaffer Braun and Jason Gaines of NAI Partners represented SGRE Pecan Plaza, located at 2883-A Dulles Ave. Missouri City, Texas, in a 1,632-sq.-ft. 5-year retail lease for Board & Brush Creative Studios Franchise.

Memorial Green & The Shoppes at San Felipe Center
12505 Memorial Drive & San Felipe Road and South Voss Road
On June 28, 2017, Shaffer Braun and Jason Gaines of NAI Partners represented Clean Juice in two 10-year Houston-area retail leases: a 1,775-sq.-ft. shop at Memorial Green, and a 1,253-sq.-ft. storefront at the Shoppes at San Felipe Center.
Clean Juice is an organic juice bar that offers clean, organic products which reduces the consumer’s exposure to chemicals, pesticides and GMOs. Juices purchased at Clean Juice benefit from a higher nutrient content than any other juice bar around.

17099 Walden Road
On June 2, 2017, Shaffer Braun and Jason Gaines of NAI Partners represented Starfield2016, LLC in a 5-year, 1,400-sq.-ft. retail lease for Tony’s Seafood at the Starfield Center at 17099 Walden Road in Conroe, Texas.
Tony’s Seafood is a restaurant that seeks to bring back the charming simplicity of dining at a classic dockside shack including plastic cutlery and the smell of deep-fried goodness soaking the air. It serves an array of oceanside treats like fried clams, steamy chowder, roasted oysters, and lobster rolls.
"Shaffer is always very quick to respond whether by phone call, text, or email. Shaffer pushed hard through every obstacle and got our lease signed within 30 days of initial contact with the landlord. When our lease negotiations got tough, Shaffer got tougher. At times, I was willing to concede to certain terms, but due to Shaffer’s persistence, I didn’t have to.
He puts a premium on client satisfaction not only before and during acquiring the leases, but long after as well. We have now closed on our second retail space, and I look forward to Shaffer guiding us to dozens more."
