The career of an NAI investment sale professional includes:

  • Developing a product specialty. Choices include: multifamily, multi-tenant retail, office, industrial, hotels, land, senior housing, student housing, mobile home parks, self-storage units, and single tenant net leased
  • Building a database and market expertise
  • Prospecting, which includes telephone, social media, networking, direct mail, electronic mail, etc.
  • Client presentations
  • Marketing of investments properties
  • Negotiating contracts and managing escrows
  • Closing deals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • A strong work ethic
  • Incredible integrity and ethics
  • Ability build and retain relationships
  • A background in sales is helpful, but not required
  • Strong computer skills
  • Track record of success: sports, military, teaching, public speaking, competitive environments,

  • Real estate license not required for interview
