Office Project Leasing represents landlords of all sizes, and has collectively leased more than 3.5 million sq. ft. of Class A and Class B office space on behalf of its clients—more than doubling the size of the company’s landlord portfolio in just two years. Capabilities offered by our Office Project Leasing team include third-party leasing, property marketing, research and investment sales.
NAI Partners’ Retail team has more than a decade of experience leasing and marketing space for dozens of investors and retailers throughout Texas. Our professionals have overseen the successful lease-up of more than 150 retail properties totaling more than 3 million sq. ft. of space, and have managed more than 25 investment grade properties totaling more than 3.8 million sq. ft. Capabilities offered by our Retail Services team include third-party leasing, tenant representation, investment sales and landlord representations.
Industrial Project Leasing
NAI Partners’ Industrial group is one of the most well-regarded and active industrial teams in the state of Texas, completing tens of millions of sq. ft. in transactions across all property types and submarkets—including manufacturing, warehouse/ distribution and flex space—every year.
NAI Partners’ Investment Sales team works with institutions, REITs and private investors seeking to maximize their real estate positions, and provides strategies for properties ranging from portfolios of owned real estate and non-performing loans to single-tenant net leases, multi-family properties, hotels, industrial parks and corporate headquarters. The company’s Investment Sales division has been responsible for more than $1.1 billion of commercial real estate transactions throughout the state of Texas.
Property & Asset Management
NAI Partners’ property management professionals work hand-in-hand with our brokers in creating a team to maximize an asset’s value for property owners, providing a complete range of management services from assignment transition, lease administration, financial accounting, and reporting to day-today operations, tenant satisfaction, capital improvements, and annual budgeting on through to assistance in navigating the disposition process.
Project & Construction Management
The company’s Project & Construction Management arm manages clients’ relocation and capital improvement projects so our clients (both occupiers and landlords) can handle their business. From assisting our clients with due diligence services on their own acquisition activities to major re-positioning/renovation of a newly-acquired investment or identification of professional service providers—including architects, engineers, designers and contractors—from proposal solicitation through project close-out/punch list; Project & Construction Management is set up to execute on issues even our clients haven’t thought about and that ensures our clients’ business continue unabated.
