NAI Partners’ Managing Partner Jon Silberman was quoted in the Houston Chronice this past week in the aftermath of the news that Shell would be leaving its namesake plaza in downtown Houston; while Jim Tainter, Managing Director of the company’s Landlord Services line of business was interviewed in an article announcing NAI Partners’ hiring as the exclusive leasing agent for Tenaris’ 2200 West Loop South.
Said Silberman on the Shell news: “Others will come to fill the gaps. You kind of wonder what’s going to fill all the space. What industry? Eventually the energy industry will come back.”
And Tainter on Tenaris: “Like any good corporate owner and occupier of commercial real estate, you certainly want to do all you can to strategically maximize your real estate’s utilization.”
