NAI Partners was responsible for three of the top 10 largest office leases of the second quarter: Patterson-UTI’s 35,000-sq.-ft. headquarters relocation to new mixed-use development Remington Square II, handled by Dan Boyles and Liz Westcott-Brown; a 34,000-sq.-ft. lease for Veriforce at 1575 Sawdust Road in the Woodlands, completed by Jon Silberman, Griff Bandy and Matt Gaby; and a deal for Asset Plus for 29,000 sq. ft. of Stallion sublease space at 950 Corbindale Road just off of I-10, also done by Boyles and Westcott-Brown.
