NAI Partners has substantially strengthened its Investment Sales line of business with multiple executive and senior-level hires across its three geographic locations in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio.

In Houston, the company has added veteran commercial real estate executive Scott Lunine—previously regional head of Investment Sales at Marcus & Millichap in South Florida—to lead and build its Investment Sales offering as Executive Vice President. In this newly created role, Mr. Lunine will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and profitability of NAI Partners’ overall Investment Sales practice across all product lines and geographies. NAI Partners is the 5th-largest Commercial Real Estate Brokerage in Houston, and the largest independently owned commercial real estate services firm in the state of Texas.

Mr. Lunine joins NAI Partners from Marcus & Millichap, where he led the Miami, Florida office’s Investment Sales practice. During his time at Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Lunine grew the South Florida region’s team from 29 to 80 agents, and doubled sales revenue in just three years.

In Austin, NAI Partners has added one of the best-regarded up-and-coming Investment Sales teams in the country, joining NAI Partners from NAI Vegas. Tyler Jaynes joined the company earlier this summer as Senior Vice President, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial properties. Mr. Jaynes’ closed more than $40 million in transactions in his first two years of business, quickly establishing himself as a market leader for private client office sales. Rounding the team out is Client Services Coordinator Jackie Mendoza, who previously spent time at CBRE in Houston.

And in San Antonio, last month NAI Partners welcomed Joshua Murphy to the company as a Vice President, and Gus Torres as a Senior Associate. Mr. Murphy and Mr. Torres also join the company from Marcus & Millichap, and were part of that company’s National Office and Industrial Properties Group. Mr. Murphy specializes in investment property sales of professional office, medical office and industrial properties in the Central Texas market with a focus on the San Antonio MSA. Mr. Murphy also has extensive experience with commercial construction methods and materials, and worked in various disciplines of the commercial construction industry after receiving his BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
