In 2009, he transitioned to that company’s San Antonio office, becoming the firm’s top agent in office and industrial sales in Austin and San Antonio as well as being recognized as a Top 20 National Office and Industrial Properties Agent.

The new owners of the Vicar Dr property plan to make substantial renovations and improvements to the property in order to prepare the site for the grand opening of a future tenant. Mr. Swank marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Yesh Properties, LLC, and procured the buyer, Baley Investments.
Medical Office Sale

Joshua recently arranged a 41,616-sq.-ft. office sale in North Central San Antonio at 8307 Gault Ln. This property generated substantial interest from all over the globe, with over 164 Confidentiality Agreements executed.
Mr. Swank marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investment partnership, and also secured the buyer, a group of private investors.

Joshua recently arranged an 8,640-sq.-ft. office sale in North Central San Antonio at 417-419 San Pedro. Mr. Swank represented an undisclosed seller during the negotiations.
