With nine years in the construction and development industry, Brett brings a unique point of view to his brokerage, providing expert analysis, a deep understanding of the market, and in-the-field expertise to his client’s projects. Prior to his time at NAI Partners, Brett began his brokerage career with Al Lum Properties Inc. in Houston, followed by Post Oak Development of Texas, a local San Antonio developer. NAI Partners’ Brett Lum and Clare Flesher represented tenant, MasTec North America, during the negotiations. MasTec North America is the leading specialty contractor engineers, designs and constructs infrastructures for electric power generation and transmission, oil and natural gas pipelines, renewable energy facilities and wireless networks.

Land purchase at Oakwell Farms Parkway

NAI Partners represented CTX Restaurants in the purchase of 1/2 an acre of land at Oakwell Farms Parkway in San Antonio, Texas. NAI Partners’ Brett Lum represented the buyer, CTX Restaurants, during the negotiations.The seller was represented by Chad Clark of Delta Properties.

Purchase of 32,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing facility for Takumi Stamping

NAI Partners arranged a 31,926-sq.-ft. industrial purchase at 1930 Hormel in San Antonio, Texas. This manufacturing facility will employ over 100 – 150 new employees in the San Antonio area. This is a new division and location for Takumi Stamping. Brett Lum and Clare Flesher of NAI Partners, along with Tak O’Haru of White Cube, represented buyer Takumi Stamping, Inc. during the negotiations. Ty Bragg of Cavender Hill Properties represented the seller, Forumex, LLC. Takumi Stamping, Inc. directly supports the production of the Toyota Tundra, Tacoma, and Sequoia with over 300 different stamped metal parts.
