Our Q1 2019 San Antonio Office Quarterly Report received the feature-length story treatment in the San Antonio Business Journal:
“San Antonio’s office market set a record for asking rents during the first quarter — the lone good news in an otherwise slow quarter that saw net absorption and total leasing fall and vacancy rise.
Full-service asking rents increased by $0.04 per square foot quarter over quarter to close the first quarter at $22.54, according to the latest quarterly report by NAI Partners. The figure, an all-time high, was $0.59, or 2.7%, higher than in first quarter 2018, which saw asking rents reach $21.95 per square foot.”
