Veteran Commercial Real Estate Executive Co-Founded Prominent Louisiana Property Services Firm and Previously Served as Managing Director at Transwestern

Houston, TX, November 22, 2021 – NAI Partners—the commercial real estate services business of Partners Real Estate Company—today announced that is has hired Branon Pesnell, a veteran commercial real estate executive, as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Property Services.

In this role, Mr. Pesnell will have direct oversight of and responsibility for NAI Partners’ Property Management and Facilities Services lines of business in its Landlord Services Division.

Mr. Pesnell brings extensive property services experience to his new role, having spent more than a decade at Beau Box Property Management, a company he co-founded in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. At Beau Box he built a property services group from the ground up, stewarding a highly-regarded client services business that also earned a significant share of the regional property management market. His day-to-day responsibilities as Executive Vice President at Beau Box included leading four property management professionals and a team of 10-plus support staff ensuring client focus, property compliance with budget/specifications, and a proactive maintenance schedule.

Prior to joining NAI Partners, Mr. Pesnell was Managing Director at Transwestern, a role in which he most recently served as Team Leader for that company’s Houston Occupier Solutions group, specializing in Tenant Representation and Real Estate Portfolio Consulting for office and industrial real estate. He spearheaded a team driving market research, client services, and real estate transactions, and also provided deal negotiation and transactional oversight while consulting on portfolio direction, market trends, and budget.

Previous to that role he was a Senior Vice President at Transwestern, partnering with corporations to optimize real estate value and return on investment, from single properties to global portfolios. Among Mr. Pesnell’s notable achievements during that period of time included securing exclusive tenant representation for major oil & gas industrial engineering and construction firm with 60-plus locations throughout U.S.; and attaining exclusive representation for a major heavy civil construction & engineering company with 150-plus locations nationwide.

Mr. Pesnell is a graduate of the University of Alabama, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management.
