San Antonio, TX, April 20, 2018 – Carlos Marquez, a veteran industrial commercial real estate broker with more than a decade of experience, has joined NAI Partners San Antonio as a Vice President. Mr. Marquez comes to NAI Partners from commercial real estate firm CBRE.

Prior to NAI Partners, Mr. Marquez worked for CBRE’s San Antonio office, a role in which he oversaw the South Texas industrial market, and was responsible for the day-to-day leasing and marketing of IDI Gazeley’s industrial portfolio in South Texas and Reynosa, Mexico, totaling 2.8 million square feet and more than 250 acres of industrial land.

Mr. Marquez originally opened the McAllen office for CBRE, with responsibility for the Rio Grande Valley’s industrial market. He has worked on both sides of the U.S./Mexico border on a variety of assignments, from industrial sales and leasing to land dispositions.
