The promotions are as follows:

  • Shaffer Braun has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Mr. Braun primarily focuses on Industrial and Retail clients and is based in Houston.
  • Joe Bright has been promoted to Senior Vice President, after reaching the level of Vice President just one year ago. Mr. Bright is part of the company’s Office Tenant Rep Group, and partners with clients in San Antonio, Austin, and Houston.
  • Chris Haro has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Mr. Haro primarily focuses on Industrial clients and is based in Houston.
  • Adam Hawkins has been promoted Senior Vice President. He is part of the company’s Partners Capital investment and development platform and is based in Houston.
  • Joshua Murphy has been promoted to Senior Vice President. He is part of the firm’s Investment Sales Division and is based in San Antonio.
  • Zane Carman has been promoted to Vice President, after reaching the level of Senior Associate just one year ago. He is part of the company’s Industrial Services team and is based in Houston.
  • Cary Latham has been promoted to Vice President, after joining the company just one year ago. He is part of the firm’s Investment Sales Division and is based in Houston.
  • Andy Parrish has been promoted to Vice President, after reaching the level of Senior Associate just one year ago. He is part of the company’s Office Project leasing team and is based in Houston.
  • Lesley Rice has been promoted to Vice President, after reaching the level of Senior Associate just one year ago. She is part of the company’s Office Project leasing team and is based in Houston.
  • A.J. Williams has been promoted to Vice President, after reaching the level of Senior Associate just one year ago. He is part of the company’s Industrial Services team and is based in Houston.
  • Sloan Crady has been promoted Senior Associate. He is part of the company’s Partners Capital investment and development platform and is based in Houston.
  • Ryan DeGennaro has been promoted to Senior Associate, after joining the company just one year ago. He is part of the firm’s Investment Sales Division and is based in Houston.
  • Brett Jackson has been promoted to Senior Associate, after joining the company only six months ago. He is part of the firm’s Investment Sales Division and is based in Austin.
  • Patrick Keegan has been promoted to Senior Associate. Mr. Keegan primarily focuses on Retail Brokerage and Land Sales, and is based in Houston.
  • Zach Leger has been promoted to Senior Associate. Mr. Leger primarily focuses on Retail Brokerage, Land Sales, and Life Sciences, and is based in Houston.
