Houston, TX, January 27, 2021 – NAI Partners, one of the top five largest privately held and independently owned full-service commercial real estate firms in Texas, is pleased to announce that it has promoted three of its sales professionals to the level of Vice President and five to Senior Associate; and a member of its Property Services Group to Senior Property Manager.

In Houston, Joe Bright, of the company’s Office Tenant Rep group, has been promoted to Vice President. This is Mr. Bright’s second promotion at the company in the last two years. Among Mr. Bright’s recent significant transactions include a 48,000-sq.-ft. build-to-suit lease for HCA Houston Healthcare in Pearland; and a major office lease for law firm Gordon Arata at 2229 San Felipe in Houston.

In Austin, Todd Mahler, who leases and sells office space, has been promoted to Vice President. Among Mr. Mahler’s significant recent transactions was the sale of the prestigious Davenport 360, a 37,500-sq.-ft. Class A office property located at 6001 Bold Ruler Way in Austin, Texas, to Pharmacists Mutual Insurance Group, a deal that was one of the top five largest sales of the year in the Austin office market.

Also in Austin, Troy Martin, an Industrial specialist, was promoted to Vice President. Among Mr. Martin’s significant recent transactions was the acquisition of a 50,000-sq.-ft. industrial building for CKD USA Corporation at 4401 Supply Ct. in Austin—a sale that brought forth comment from Texas Governor Greg Abbott, who stated “CKD Corporation’s $13 million investment in the Lone Star State further solidifies Texas’ reputation as a premier economic destination both nationally and internationally.”

In Houston, Zane Carman, of the company’s Industrial Services Group, was promoted to Senior Associate. Among Mr. Carman’s significant transactions include the sale of ±105,664 sq. ft. of industrial manufacturing campus on ±32.00 acres in Pearland, Texas; the sale of Northwest Houston industrial property comprised of a ±55,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing building on ±20.00 acres; and the purchase of a ±153,000-sq.-ft. food processing & freezer-cooler facility within the Sugar Land Business Park. Mr. Carman was also named NAI Partners’ 2020 Rookie of the Year.

In Houston, A.J. Williams, of the company’s Industrial Services Group, was promoted to Senior Associate. Among Mr. Williams’ recent significant transactions include the sale of 10635 Brighton Lane, a 54,230-sq.-ft. warehouse on 6.54 acres in Stafford, TX; the sale of 11.74 acres of land at West Ten Business Park in Katy, TX; and the sale of 65 acres of land at Highway 90A in Rosenberg, TX. Mr. Williams also obtained his CCIM Designation in December.

In Houston, Lesley Rice and Andy Parrish, of the company’s Office Project Leasing Group, were both promoted to Senior Associate. Mrs. Rice and Mr. Parrish are responsible for leasing a wide range of NAI Partners’ OPL portfolio—including the Partners Capital-owned Avera Commerce Center, 11301 Fallbrook and Point West Business Center, among others—and among their recent significant deals include more than 13,000 sq. ft. of leases at the Fallbrook property, and a 6,500-sq.-ft. office lease for Resource Data at 15915 Katy Freeway.

In Houston, Jacob Aldridge, also of the company’s Office Project Leasing Group, was promoted to Senior Associate. Mr. Aldridge is on the exclusive leasing team for Dart Interest’ 324,000-sq.-ft. Republic Square corporate campus in the Energy Corridor, and   among his recent significant deals include a 24,302-sq.-ft. lease for Gate Energy; a 4,5333-sq.-ft. lease for consulting firm Sparkhound; and a 3,974-sq.-ft. lease for Samsung at that property.

In Houston, Nikki Gregory, of the company’s Property Services group, was promoted to Senior Property Manager. Ms. Gregory’s property management portfolio includes 4126 Southwest Freeway, a 17-story, 139,831-sq.-ft. office building in Houston, home to tenants including T-Mobile, Reconstructive Associates, and Performance Pain & Sports Medicine, among others.
