McCullough & Jaynes become first-ever Partners in the company’s Austin office
Houston, TX, May 23, 2022 – Partners Real Estate Company (“Partners”), a top 4 largest privately held and independently owned commercial real estate firm in the state of Texas—and the holding company of commercial real estate service firm NAI Partners, and real estate investment and development platform Partners Capital—today announced it has promoted Ryan McCullough and Tyler Jaynes to Partner.
Mr. McCullough and Mr. Jaynes are the first members of Partners’ Austin office—which recently rose to the 19th-Largest Commercial Real Estate Brokerage firm in Austin per the Austin Business Journal—to be promoted to Partner. They are the 24th and 25th individuals to reach the level of Partners at the company.

Mr. McCullough and Mr. Jaynes both joined Partners a mere two years ago and have already established themselves as go-to brokers in Austin for all things Investment Sales, routinely establishing new price-per-sq.-ft. records for their seller clients and unearthing premier properties at favorable terms for their buyer customers.

Recent significant transactions completed by the team include the brokerage of the sale of 88 acres at 10400 Springdale Road in Austin, the sale of a 15,862-sq.-ft office building located at 6141 River Place Blvd in Austin, and the sale of 10.01 acres and 20,500 sq. ft. of warehouse space in Manor, Texas.
Mr. McCullough started his commercial real estate career in 2016 and specializes in professional and medical office properties. His client-first focus and tenacious work ethic have helped him close over 70 transactions worth nearly $230. Mr. Jaynes closed more than $200 million in transactions in his first four years of business, quickly establishing himself as a market leader for private client office sales.
