Brett Lum, Partner, is a native Texan with eight years in the land brokerage business. With nine years in the construction and development industry, Brett brings a unique point of view to his brokerage, providing expert analysis, a deep understanding of the market, and in-the-field expertise to his client’s projects.

Prior to his time at Partners, Brett began his brokerage career with Al Lum Properties Inc. in Houston, followed by Post Oak Development of Texas, a local San Antonio developer. Brett’s experience working in both the development and brokerage arenas give his clients an unmatched perspective of the San Antonio industrial and land market.
