Kevin Murphy is a Senior Vice President on Partners’ Retail Services team in Austin.

Kevin is a veteran of the commercial real estate industry and previously worked at RESOLUT RE (formerly Retail Solutions). Kevin’s early career was shaped by a strong, client-based and team culture, at the Trammell Crow Company. This culture exposed him to corporate, institutional, regional, local and entrepreneurial clients. From there he built a strong foundation within the industry, through strong market knowledge and insight, client-based representation, strategic planning, and financial sourcing. Kevin has represented both landlords and tenants throughout his career, having arranged more than three million sq. ft. in transactions on behalf of developers of single-use and mixed-use properties, investment-grade clients, 1031 clients, and trusts.

Kevin’s experience, enthusiastic attitude, discipline, commitment and integrity are assets he brings to each of his valued clients. He is an active member of the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (CTCAR), the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Additionally, he has been an expert witness on valuations in Travis and Williamson counties, Courts of Law, and The United States Federal Court.
