Melissa Kennedy is Partners’ Director of Brokerage Services.

Melissa has 16 years of combined commercial real rstate industry experience; including Landlord Representation, Tenant Representation and Multifamily, and possesses a wide understanding of research fundamentals and methodologies. She had deep knowledge of how to apply research, GIS and data analytics expertise to the benefit Partners’ brand, core businesses and clients.

Throughout her career Melissa has built many great broker, vendor and client relationships.
