Sandy Crego is a Vice President, Property Management. She oversees property operations for all third-party managed properties in the Partners’ 3 million square foot managed portfolio in Houston, San Antonio, and Austin.

With over thirty years of progressive experience in Real Estate Management, Construction/Project Management, Property Operations, and Property Accounting on a diverse base of commercial office, retail and industrial product types; Sandy’s track record for being actively engaged with her team and providing exceptional service to both institutional as well as private CRE investors is exemplary.

Her strengths include employing a culturally strong team-oriented and customer-first approach, earning the confidence of her clients, developing, and motivating top talent. Sandy utilizes her vast experience into a best practice mentality that generates value for the clients, and their properties, as well as the project leasing, accounting, project and property management teams she oversees and/or works with.

Sandy has been with Partners since 2015 and has held the titles of Property Manager and Senior Property Manager during her tenure at Partners. She holds a Texas Real Estate license and is a member of both BOMA and IREM.
