Tim Laine joined NAI Partners in 2016 to help with the firm’s expansion into the Austin market. As a broker he is primarily focused on tenant services and helping his clients locate and negotiate lease or purchase space. Tim is known by his peers for his hustle, commitment to excellence and his client first approach.
Tim started his career with Cushman & Wakefield Oxford Commercial in 2011 as Director of Market research and shortly thereafter moved into Tenant Representation. Tim’s past experience as Director of Market research give him a unique understanding of the Austin commercial real estate market, and the ability to advise and negotiate the best deal for his clients. During his time as a broker at Cushman & Wakefield Oxford Commercial, he completed over 250,000 sq. ft. of transactions with his clients.
Tim is a former NCAA baseball player who finished his career at St. Edward’s University, where he graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Finance. He serves on the board for the Coastal Conservation Association of Austin (CCA) and is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association of Austin (CBA). He is also a route volunteer for Meals on Wheels and More. Tim attends Christ the King Presbyterian church in southwest Austin with his wife, Hannah & daughter Eleanor. In his spare time, Tim enjoys being with his family hunting, fishing, and traveling.
