Troy specializes in industrial tenant representation, investment sales, and land brokerage in the Austin market. He is active in Urban Land Institute, a non-profit organization focused on strategic real estate development and urban policy issues, and Naturally Austin, a trade group of Austin area C.P.G. (Consumer Packaged Goods) / Natural Products entrepreneurs. Prior to joining NAI Troy spent ten years running his own international telecommunications firm and four years in sales and business development with large multinational telecommunications firms. Before that, Troy spent several years in South America working as a financial analyst where he learned Spanish and Portuguese.
